Futbol Kits Australia takes great pride in our reputation for quality.

If you have received your shirt and not completely satisfied, you may return it to us, where the customer pays for the shipping return and for the new shirt. We will then provide store credit where you can purchase anything from our site with this. 

Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached, and original packaging).

We do not accept returns for wrong sizes, unless the customer wants to pay the difference for shipping. Click here for our sizing guide.

Refunds are only available if the product is damaged. Please contact us to arrange a refund. 

Please make sure the item is packed inside a satchel, bag or box. Any items with the label taped on the product box cannot be accepted.

Customisation: Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.
